NEIPA has revamped the scholarship program and has chosen the recipients for 2012. The winners are Rachel Buchanan of Purdue University and Jesse Christman of Purdue University. There are two $1,000 scholarships that are awarded to students in their final year of pharmacy school with ties to the Northeast Indiana area. November 1 starts the membership reenrollment drive. Dues paid after November 1 will keep membership current through December 31, 2013. Those taking part in the CE Symposium will be automatically enrolled for the 2013 membership year. Technicians are also invited to become part of the organization, as well as attend monthly dinners and gain CE at the symposium. If you have colleagues or friends who are not members, we encourage you to pass this information along and help grow NEIPA.
