    college-pigNEIPA is proud to unveil our new scholarship program. In the past monies were awarded to deserving students from Northeastern Indiana via Butler University and Purdue University. The board members would like to make this process more personal and therefore will be selecting candidates to receive these scholarships through a more traditional application process.
